The updated NEO Finance service pricing will take effect on September 1, 2025.
Important Information About Service Fee Changes
We would like to inform you that, effective from September 1, 2025, an updated service pricing structure will come into force at NEO Finance.
To enhance clarity and transparency, we have restructured our fee system: services are now grouped by clearer categories, some fees have been adjusted, and new ones introduced. All new fees and changes to existing fees are marked in red in the document.
Please note that most of these changes apply to legal entities. Fees for individual investors remain unchanged, except for one new condition – a fee for account closure in cases of material breach of contract or violations of anti-money laundering and/or counter-terrorism financing regulations. This fee applies only in exceptional circumstances.
If you agree with these changes, no action is required – the updated pricing will take effect automatically from September 1, 2025.
If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate, without any additional cost, those service agreements that are affected. You must inform us in writing and fulfill any obligations related to the services by September 1, 2025.
